This comfortable modern home lies within the picturesque conservation village of West Linton, just 16 miles south of Edinburgh on the A702. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in the centre of the village, a warm welcome awaits you.
West Linton is ideally placed for touring the scenic and historic Scottish Border country with its delightful towns where charming architecture, lovely one-off shops and excellent eateries are all well worth the trip.
Alternatively the festival city of Edinburgh is within easy access where you can enjoy the Castle, Holyrood House, International and Fringe Festivals, Tattoo, Botanic Gardens, Zoo and numerous historic buildings. There is a handy park and ride on the outskirts of the town for easy access into the city centre.
On the A702 we are only 11 miles from the City By-pass, with easy access to Edinburgh Airport, the Royal Highland Show ground and the Forth Bridge.
There is ample room for parking in the driveway.
West Linton is an attractive historic village which has its own golf course, and close by another at Rutherford Castle. There is a pleasant short walk around the village and it is an excellent base for hill walkers. You are a 2 minute walk along the quaintly named Mowbray's Slap to the village where there is an excellent restaurant, a pub and a cafe where you can enjoy good food and relaxing surroundings.

When you're in the centre of the village, Mowbray's Slap is the small lane next to the Co-Op (opposite the clock tower). West Lynn Grove is an extension of Mowbrays Slap, and number 6 is immediately on the right as you come in to the cul-de-sac. |
