Pentland Concerts - the Fidelio Trio - Friday 18th February, 7.30pm St Mungos Church

The Fidelio Trio (Darragh Morgan, violin, Robin Michael, cello and Mary Dullea, piano) perform extremely diverse repertoire internationally. The trio have released numerous CDs, including several premiere recordings of Scottish trios. They are passionate believers in the enormous range of possibilities the piano trio holds and are responsible for significantly extending the repertoire for trios in recent years by seeking out and commissioning new works. Recent highlights include a tour of China and appearances in Paris, Vienna, Dublin and London. They are fitting in their visit to West Linton among dates in the USA and South Africa, the release of three new CDs and a starring role in a TV documentary to be shown on Sky Arts. The trio will perform works by Schumann, Ravel, Percy Grainger and Nigel Osborne.
