This comfortable modern home lies within the picturesque, conservation village of West Linton, just 16 miles south of Edinburgh on the A702. Situated in a quiet cul de sac, the house has a lovely garden to relax in after your hard day's sightseeing. The home has also been awarded 2 Stars by the Scottish Tourist Board.

West Linton offers an excellent championship golf course (guests have reduced fees) and other local recreations include tennis, bowls, and hill walking. Several recommended eating places are within walking distance or a few miles by car.
